Sheep
As kids grow, interests change and passions develop. We decided to test the waters a couple years ago showing sheep and two years later they are now a big part of Beutke Livestock. Kallen has taken on the sheep division as a part of his FFA SAE experience and we are excited to watch him and his flock grow!
About the sheep division…
One of the unique things about raising sheep is it isn’t uncommon to have multiple breeds in one program. So while we aren’t necessarily focusing one on breed in general, we are focused on raising quality slick shorn show lambs for the kids to show as well as market to other jr exhibitors for 4-H and FFA projects.
We will be attending a number of different shows throughout the Spring and Summer. Stop by the trailer or stalls and ask about what we have available!
